GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE NATHALIE DESCOUT PARIS -

acting within the framework of their professional activity
purchasing the Products from MAISON NDP.
1.3. The term "Product (s)" refers to all parts
sold under the Nathalie Descout Paris brand.
1.4. The term "User" designates the person

General Sales (hereinafter the "GTC").
3. Agreement of the Parties
A Contract is established as soon as the Order sent
to MAISON NDP by the Client and enclosing the

Order by MAISON NDP, enclosing an invoice for
amount of 50% of the Order.
4. Delivery times and conditions
4.1. The Products are delivered by Colissimo, to the address
indicated by the Customer on the Order Form.
4.2. The delivery of the Products will take place within twenty
working days from receipt of payment of the first
invoice except for pre-ordered products or

6. Returns and alterations made to measure
6.1. Upon receipt of the Order, the Customer may

by means of the return slip provided by MAISON NDP, the
day following the fitting by the User or at the latest
20 days from the date of first receipt of the
order by the Customer. The date of the next fitting
programmed must be indicated. In the event that
successive returns would be necessary, the Customer undertakes
to return the Product the day following the fitting by
the User or in any case as soon as possible.
6.3. MAISON NDP, for its part, undertakes to carry out
alterations concerned within 20 working days from
from receipt of the Product returned by the Customer
or at the latest the day before the next fitting
Excess trips made by Maison NDP
will be billed to the customer.
7. Prices, invoicing, payments
7.1. Each Order gives rise to:
- a first invoice corresponding to 50% of the price
total, issued at the time of the Order Validation,
- a second invoice issued and to be paid at the latest at the
delivery of the product or return of the Product by MAISON
7.2. Prices are expressed in euros (€) and do not include
the applicable VAT (Value Added Tax); This prices
include packaging and delivery costs (returns
included), for mainland France. Costs
deliveries outside mainland France and Corsica will be
indicated in the Confirmation of the Order.
7.3. MAISON NDP invoices are payable to
receipt, and at the latest within a maximum period of 5
days from the date of the invoice.
7.4. In the event of non-payment of an invoice by the Customer to
the due date, the Customer will automatically be liable
late payment penalties calculated at the legal interest rate in
in force on the amount including VAT of the Price of the Products
purchased increased by 10 points, per day of delay. Those
penalties will be calculated from the due date to the date
of full payment and will be acquired automatically
to MAISON NDP without any other formality or notice.
